Ross followed in my footsteps for some time, then I moved to Orem following her, stole her best friend and started a family. We thought we were just going to be here. Now I follow her Oregon trail (no pun intended). Ross, but sorry, I was born in Vegas which is good enough for me. I'll keep Oregon and all it has to offer my little family.
I'm going to Disneyland!!!

A penny for my thoughts? I am up at 6:00 thinking all of this..What about the 16 and 17 year old girls living downstairs? They are crying...where will they go? How the heck am I going to sell this house in this economy? When is the weather going to clear so I can get the yard ready for curb appeal? What am I going to do with my 3 kids while we are trying to find a place? When are we going to move? How are we going to pull this off. Lastly, I AM SCARED. (But,I feel like it is the right thing to do)

Well, flights out of Las Vegas are cheap so once it is time to look for a place in Portland you will drive to Vegas and fly out of here and I can keep your kids for as long as you need me to. It will be so fun! We can go to the park and swim! I have a car big enough now.
Congrats! What an amazing opportunity for you guys - we are so excited for your adventure. I had my own mini freak out last night thinking of all the challenges, obstacles and changes that lay ahead for your family - but i have no doubt that you will successfully tackle each one.

Oh my gosh Congratulations!!! We are so ecstatic for your family! It is a huge change but I think it is going to be a big blessing for your family and a fun one at that (of course once you are settled in)! Can't wait to visit you all in Portland.

to add to the irony of where everyone is ending up, i moved to portland from las vegas to live with ross, now ross is in las vegas.
moving/uprooting is scary, but also incredibly liberating. there was a reason why you guys were prompted to look into and pursue this change; try to think of all the positives. you will have some difficult months ahead of you, but remember that you have a huge support system full of love and excitement ready whenever you need the help.
i love you guys and cannot wait to have you near me! i'm happy to do whatever i can to help make this a smooth transition.

You guys have all kinds of offers for help, so on behalf of my girls, Tania and Monica, I know they would be happy to help in anyway they can! Family first, that is what Grandpa taught us. A move is really scary, wish I was closer, so I could help too, but...if you drive through, we have beds. Love and Luck Aunt Robin
